Engagements with Third Point Strategies are governed by separate, formally executed Strategic Advisory Agreements and mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not in itself constitute a formal advisory relationship.

2. Intellectual Property

All strategic frameworks, methodologies, diagrams, text, visual assets, and trademarks displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Third Point Strategies. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited.

3. Advisory Scope & Liability

Advisory services are strategic recommendations based upon research and professional judgement. Final commercial decisions, statutory compliance, vendor selection, and capital deployment remain under the sole authority and responsibility of the client.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of website usage or initial consultations shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
